Drivers can search for jobs by ZIP code and filters such as type of haul, home time frequency and team or solo driver. BY DEAN SMALLWOOD PAY Lafayette, Louisiana-based tanker hauler Dupré Logistics imple- mented a bonus incentive plan that provides more frequent payouts to drivers in its Energy Distribution Services division. After a driver's first year, bonuses are paid multiple times annually. The bonus structure esca- lates through year 20 with the fleet. Oak Brook, Illinois-based Hub Group announced a new pay pack- age for regional drivers that starts at 60 cents per mile followed by annual increases. Regional drivers hauling 2,200-2,400 miles weekly can earn $75,000 annually. The company also offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus. FACILITIES Dayton Freight Lines, a Dayton, Ohio-based less-than-truckload company, expanded its Indianapolis service center, nearly doubling the facility's size by adding 136 doors for a total of 280. The company also relo- cated its Milwaukee service center to a larger facility with 61 additional doors, expanding its capacity to 131. It also added 30 doors to its ser- vice center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, added 28 doors to its service center in Saginaw, Michigan, and opened a new facility in Topeka, Kansas. RECOGNITION Jacksonville, Florida-based Landstar System presented its 2018 Rookie of the Year Award to J. Marshall Mizell of MM Transportation, based in Pearson, Georgia. Mizell was hon- ored at Landstar's independent agent convention in Marco Island, Florida. Aliquippa, Pennsylvania-based PGT Trucking recognized 56 Million Mile Drivers and 144 Safe Drivers at its annual awards event. PGT's Safe Drivers have driven for the company for more than five years without a preventable accident, and its Million Mile Drivers have surpassed one mil- lion miles for the company without a preventable accident.
